Scientific council

The Scientific Council of the Institute is a collegial advisory body that operates continuously. It includes leading scientists of the institute and experts from other organizations. He considers issues related to the scientific and production activities of the institute, approves the thematic plans of scientific research and proposed methods, reviews reports on the performance of scientific work carried out in the institute and in the mechanization departments of other institutes in the system of the Agricultural and Food Supply Scientific and Production Center. , elects scientific staff, heads of departments and laboratories based on announced competitions for filling vacant positions.

The main tasks of the Scientific Council

• drafts of current and future plans of the institute in order to make full use of existing opportunities;
• research projects, their work programs and methods and reports;
• issues of scientific personnel training;
• ensuring the quality of scientific and research work, effective use of project forces, allocated capital funds, organization of production and labor on a scientific basis, improvement of management and economic accounting, development of competitions, wide dissemination of the experience of pioneers, selection of specialists, their use and other issues;
• reports on the activities of the institute's departments and the institute as a whole.
